In 2005, Deliverance Church Zimmerman began the Cornerstone VCT — a humble counselling room with a big vision: to serve the community with confidential HIV testing and counselling. Twenty years later, that vision has grown into the Deliverance Church Medical Clinic, a registered, licensed Level 2 faith-based institution.
Through the years the VCT served the community through mobile outreaches, door-to-door outreaches, and home-based care and support to those infected and affected.
We thank the vision bearer, Dr. Bishop Jimmy Kimani, our board, staff and every volunteer who has made two decades of service possible. Here is to many more years of caring for our community.
